1. Assist the General Manager in fully responsible for the capacity development planning of the group's air cargo business, lead the route management departments of the headquarters and various subsidiary companies, and coordinate strategic cooperation with important airlines;
2. According to the group's strategic objectives, responsible for exploring and maintaining airline/supplier channel resources, and establishing long-term cooperative relationships with them;
3. Responsible for analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of each airline/supplier, establishing an airline/supplier management pool, and conducting assessments;
4. Responsible for screening and purchasing air freight products, negotiating charter flights, pallets, and cabin services with airlines/suppliers, etc;
5. Familiar with the market trends of air transportation capacity, analyze market freight rates and dynamic information of air routes, provide strategic guidance for the company's major customers on air transportation product solutions, and ensure that the company's air route advantages match customer needs;
6. Maintain close and good relationships with airlines, peers, and large direct customers, tap into potential demand, establish deep cooperative relationships, and continuously extend the service chain;
7. Promote company services and advantageous routes to domestic and foreign agents, ensure efficient service objectives externally, and ensure systematic tracking of service progress.
