1. Responsible for implementing marketing goals for the overseas department
2. Utilize the company's platform and resources, organize personnel to actively develop and expand new overseas agents;
3. Promote company services and advantageous routes to overseas peers and agents, ensure efficient service objectives externally, and ensure systematic tracking of service progress;
4. Maintain the existing overseas agency relationship of the company, while conducting secondary development and exploration of customers, responsible for risk control and recovery of overseas accounts receivable;
5. To carry out the company's business, not only should high-quality management be done well, but also more attention should be paid to improving the quality of business to ensure that the company's business volume increases while also increasing its profits;
6. Handle various unexpected events within employees, between company departments, between various business units, and with overseas agents with a positive attitude;
7. Assist in managing and training the overseas department, promptly address any issues that arise during work, and ensure that the overseas department operates in an orderly and smooth manner;
8. Strengthen communication and collaboration with suppliers or relevant business units that have business dealings with the company, unify management and organize personnel to keep relevant management records, and share all company resources with relevant cooperating departments.
