1. Manage and coordinate daily matters related to maritime and offshore operations;
2. Complete the performance requirements of the company's overseas department and provide receiving suggestions to department colleagues based on market conditions;
3. Coordinate overseas maritime business with various sub stations across the country to ensure smooth communication across branches and departments;
4. Maintain existing overseas agents, dig deeper into demand, develop FOB designated goods and DAP, DDU/import to China's sea freight business;
5. Develop local sea freight suppliers, utilize the company's national integrated operation platform, and develop mutual matching business for air and sea freight products;
6. Responsible for team building in the department, managing internal matters, recruiting and training new employees, and cultivating reserve talents.
7. College diploma or above, English proficiency level 4 or above, proficient in spoken English;
